Join more than 3,000 Professionals at the Commercial UAV EXPO

Registration is now open for the 2018 Commercial UAV Expo, the leading event bringing together professionals in key vertical industries to learn actionable information on how to use UAS to maximize an organization’s efficiency, save money, improve safety and mitigate risk.  Users in surveying & mapping, process & power, utilities, construction, mining, aggregates, precision agriculture, public safety and other industries are invited to register today to attend this 4th annual event taking place October 1-3 at the Westgate Resort in Las Vegas.

Last year’s Commercial UAV Expo was a huge success bringing together 2,000 professionals from 53 countries and every U.S. state. This year’s event is expected to be even bigger, following the acquisition of Drone World Expo, the expansion of the Advisory Board who will deliver top-quality education, a larger exhibit floor showcasing the newest technology, and live offsite demonstrations for attendees to experience solutions first hand.

“Throughout the three-day event, subject matter experts in our conference program and vendors on the trade show floor will provide professionals in the industry outstanding solutions on critical issues,” said Lisa Murray, Group Director at Diversified Communications, organizer of the event.  “Commercial UAV Expo is the connection point for precision measurement professionals with experience on complex projects who are looking to integrate UAS into their enterprises and workflows.”

Past attendees had this to say about the event.  “I attended to network and learn all I can, plus was looking to purchase a UAV with LiDAR capabilities to further enhance our groups abilities.” “I chose to attend the Commercial UAV Expo for the broad range of applications and potential industries that can be greatly impacted,” said one attendee. “The Commercial UAV Expo brings together some of the industry’s leaders and collaborators to address hard-hitting issues that will affect the industry years down the road.”

Qualified asset or infrastructure owners and operators with assets valued at $5 million or more and are involved in the purchase and/or utilization of UAS technology for business purposes can qualify for a free full conference pass to Commercial UAV Expo as a “UAVIP.” This includes energy companies, transportation infrastructure, mining companies, large agriculture operations, telecommunications companies, law enforcement agencies. The event also offers free exhibit hall passes to qualified commercial users that don’t meet the UAVIP requirements.  First time attendees can apply for the free passes here.

The bustling exhibitor floor continues to grow with 200+ of the world’s top UAS vendors planning to showcase cutting-edge airframes, components, software and services.  A full list of exhibitors for the 2018 event can be found at www.expouav.com/exhibitor-list. For information about exhibiting at Commercial UAV Expo, contact Katherine Dow, Sales Manager, at [email protected]  or 207-842-5497.

In addition to the education content and dynamic show floor, the event offers exciting networking events and demonstrations from market leading vendors.   Attendees will have a first-hand look at drones in action and the resulting data sets through a variety of scenarios including inspection, search and rescue, transmission line monitoring, accident reconstruction, drone detection and more at the HUVR demonstration site in Henderson.
