Fire officers from West Sussex are offering businesses practical fire safety training.

Leisure Centre Manager, Simon Burton, based in Bognor Regis, took part in the training. He said: “It was a great course. It more than met the training objectives and I would highly recommend it to other employers in the county.”
Debbie Kennard, West Sussex County Council Cabinet Member for Safer, Stronger Communities, said: “As we come into 2019, there couldn’t be a better time to make sure your staff know what to do in the event of a fire.
“Last year the fire service attended 62 fires in commercial premises so proper training is incredibly important.”
