The event is being held from Monday 21 May – Tuesday 22 May 2018 at The Star, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
The 2018 conference program will include a wide range of topics, including leadership during emergencies, crisis management, corporate social responsibility, lessons learned, volunteer management, support and wellness, humanitarian and evidence based research.
Presenters at this year’s conference will have access to the following:
- The Opportunity To Present Your Work – All invited authors will have the opportunity to present a 30-minute oral presentation, poster presentation or panel discussion to top individuals in the field
- Featured Podcasts – Your presentation will be recorded as a podcast and released after the conference through various outlets. This provides ongoing research and discussion for delegates and speakers
- Featured Blog Stories – Submit a case study or story following the conference to be published on the blog and promoted via our social media networks
- Professional Development – Receive a Certificate of Attendance with up to 15 hours Professional Development Points to be claimed
